Methanol Injection Kit Warranty & Disclaimer

METHANOL INJECTION KIT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Work

The Company agrees to supply and install a methanol injection kit on the Customer’s vehicle ("The Vehicle") as per the attached work order. This includes all necessary parts, labour, and workmanship to complete the installation.

2. Warranty Coverage

The Company provides a limited 12-month warranty on the following:

  • New parts supplied and fitted by the Company as part of the methanol injection kit.

  • Workmanship directly related to the installation of the methanol injection kit.

2.1 Void Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is void if any person or entity other than employees of Williams Performance Ltd performs any work on any component of the methanol injection kit.

  • The warranty is void if the methanol injection kit is modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Williams Performance Ltd.

2.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Failures or damage to any other part of the engine or vehicle.

  • Wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper operation of the Vehicle.

  • Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use or diminished value.

3. Disclaimer

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Running a methanol injection system is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

  • The Company does not accept any responsibility for failures or damage to any other part of the Vehicle or engine after the methanol injection kit is installed.

  • Methanol injection systems must be maintained and operated according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Operate and maintain the methanol injection kit in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Ensure that no unauthorised third party performs any work on the methanol injection kit during the warranty period.

5. Acknowledgement of Risk

By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with operating a methanol injection system and accepts full responsibility for any associated risks, including but not limited to damage to the engine or Vehicle.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer regarding the methanol injection kit and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
